Today I am share something a little different with you guys and if you have looked through my blog or are a regular here you know that I dont do LOs hardly at all so you all are in for a little treat! I am sharing a Christmas LO. This one is of our tree last year. For an extra special treat it contains my first attempt at journaling I have never really been into journaling but my Best Friend journals a lot and I had attempted it. It wasn't horrible I have just never been fond of my hand writing.

After comparing them side by side now to take the pictures I have decided that I will be changing the journal spots to a black theme to match everything else. :)

Today I went Pink! I have a manager at work that loves pink so when I do her Christmas card I try to make her a special card each year! I do kind of feel like the card is missing something. I am not sure what it is, I know that I will figure it out sooner or later before I give it to her. You all can help and tell me what you think it might be... If I use your suggestion then I will throw in some blog candy for this post! Not sure what it will be at the moment but it will be amazing I know that much! :)

For this hop I decided to stay with the winter them for today. Again I said in my earlier post that I love the blue background when it comes to snow, so with this card I decided to go with a dark blue. I used a CTMH stamp (not sure of the number right now) and my Colonial White ink to create this amazing Love never Melts card. I decided to do my stitching around all my elements instead of the whole card. Both my snowman and my sentiment are popped up to give it a little 3D feel to it!

12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop- Day 5

Today I went with a little different take on the holiday season! I went with a Winter card. This one features two different stamp sets from Close to my Heart. I will get you guys the number later after work today. Anyways this is just a simple Let it Snow card. I send these ones as Christmas cards to my non Christmas friends to wish them Happy Holidays and Happy New Years. I love the blue backgrounds when it comes to making snow cards. The let it snow banner is adhered with two teal brads. I realize now that they don't show up well in the picture!

Since today is one month until Christmas I decided to share a Santa Card with you guys today.

I made the Santa from Paper Piercing by Nikki. This was the first time I have ever done a project like this. It was a little different for me. I have never cut out the items to place together like this. It was interesting to try to fit the puzzle together. It was a great learning process for me! I am looking forward to make more projects like this in the future!

Autumn Blessings Blog Hop

Now on to the good stuff!!!!! I wanted to create something that truly just said fall. All too often we tend to forget fall and go straight to winter, same to be said about Thanksgiving. As soon as Halloween is over we tend to just skip straight too Christmas. I am very guilty of this. While I enjoy Thanksgiving I more look forward to black Friday.

I wanted to make sure that I created something Fall that wasn't Thanksgiving or Christmas type. I took the idea from my CTMH catalog. It is one of the extra projects that you can do with the Clementine Workshop on the Go kit. While I did not have to buy the kit to make this all I had to buy was the paper and the embellishment it was a super fun card to make! It was also a first for me I have never ever used stick pins in any of my creations! I was super excited to be able to use something new in this hop!
